Adding and removing people

Open a page’s properties and add anybody in your organisation. They see the page and everything on it from that moment, including what was written before they arrived — a page is a place, not a feed, and half a page would be a confusing thing to be given.

Inviting somebody who is not here yet

Invite them by email address. They get a link, and when they accept they are in your organisation and on the page you invited them to.

Removing somebody

Take them off the page and it disappears from their view. What they wrote stays: their lines are part of the record of the work, and deleting somebody’s contributions because they left a page would quietly rewrite what happened.

Leaving a page yourself

You can leave any page you are on, with one exception: you cannot leave a page you are the last admin of. Name another admin first. The rule exists because a page with no admin is a page nobody can repair — nobody could rename it, add anybody, or put it away.

The same rule stops the last admin being removed by somebody else.
